Key Account Executive

Account & Relationship Management (Sales)
Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within the scope and within budget.
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
Ensure resource availability and allocation.
Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
Use appropriate methods to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
Report and escalate to the internal team whenever needed.
Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
Manage relationships with the clients.
Establish and maintain good relationships with third parties/vendors.
RequirementsPreferably have proven experience as an Account Executive, or similar sales/customer service role.
Preferably have proven experience as a creative agency professional.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Degree in business administration, sales, or marketing.
Knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiating principles.
Property knowledge is an added advantage.
English speaker is an added advantage.
Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships.
Organizational and time-management skills.
