Account & Relationship Management (Sales)
Build and strengthen strong relationships with clients and vendors.
Operate as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to your accounts.
Account Development:
Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any agreements updates and renewals.
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.
Performance Metrics:
Provide timely progress reports to your direct superior through account plan reviews & status.
Analyze data and metrics to evaluate account performance.
Work closely with the internal team for pricing & client info updates.
Responsibilities:
Stay on top of accounts, ensuring they receive services that are within their budget and meet their needs.
Meet regularly with other team members to discuss progress and find new ways to improve business.
Provide timely progress reports to your direct superior through account plan reviews & status.
Work with the finance team for pricing updates & ensure the quotation is correct.
Work closely with the internal team to provide client/vendor information updates.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Minimum qualification – SPM/Diploma/Degree in Business, Sales, IT/software or equivalent.
Good written and communication skills in English & Mandarin (writing & speaking).
Computer literate with good communication, report, and presentation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Other Skills & Qualifications:
Possess initiative and willingness to learn.
Demonstrate proficiency in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
