Key Account Management, Fashion (Women'S Clothing)

Location:**Malaysia**- Department: Commercial- Location: Malaysia- Engaging and building relationships with top sellers to plan assortment, pricing, promotional and campaign activities on Lazada to achieve sales goals;- Analyzing and preparing weekly performance figures to management, active participation in weekly and monthly business reviews for the Fashion category;- Developing understanding of Fashion category dynamics in the market, spotting trends and support category manager to develop category strategy to grow the segment on Lazada;- Constantly be prepared to learn new skill sets and be on the forefront of e-commerce knowledge development, and coach sellers to adopt new tools and features to drive customer engagement and retention;- Working with cross-functional teams to execute on campaigns and strategic projects**Job Requirements**- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience;- Experience in sales and sales management;- Ability to speak and write in English and Mandarin fluently and idiomatically;- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic data analysis;- Action and solution-oriented mindset, comfortable in fast-moving entrepreneurial environment;- Strong ownership and attention to details;- Passion about improving both customer and seller experience;- Team spirit and enthusiasm about learning;- Experience in merchandising, preferably working in a fast-paced environment eg tech startup, e-commerce or digital agency;- Experience in retail is an added advantage, either in retailer as brand principal/distributor;- Ability to translate analysis and insights into actionable strategy;- Excellent problem solving, project management and communication skills
