We are looking for a Key Account Manager to responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive SW Group's revenue growth in convenience store chain and petrol mart. In this position, you will be leading the team in identifying new business opportunities and fostering strong relationships with key convenience store and petrol mart accounts and retail partners. You will be working closely with internal departments including marketing, product development, and finance, to align efforts with client goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Development and Management
-Develop sales strategies to increase market penetration in channel of convenience stores and petrol marts
-Identify and prioritise key accounts and retail partners, and build and maintain relationships with key partners to drive sales and secure promotional opportunities
-Analyse sales statistics to assess the potential for business growth in convenience stores and petrol marts
-Maintain accurate records of all pricing, sales, and activity reports
-Collaborate with Branding and Marketing to develop and implement promotional strategies to stimulate sales
External Stakeholder Management
-Identify and establish strong and collaborative relationships with key convenience store and petrol mart accounts and retail partners
-Negotiate sales agreements, contracts, and sales terms with convenience store and petrol mart partners, ensuring terms are favourable and aligned with company objectives and profitability targets
-Provide exceptional customer service to all customers and key stakeholders
Internal Collaboration and Communication
-Communicate with Logistics and Warehouse and Production functions to work out demand forecasts and prevent out-of-stock and overstock situations
-Provide timely feedback of product information and activities/ pricing of competitors
-Collaborate with Market Research and Strategy and Product Development functions and provide insights into sales trends, customer behaviours, and product improvements
-Lead sales teams to meet and surpass sales targets
Others
-Ensure compliance with all company, state, and federal laws and regulations
-Provide ongoing training and motivation to sales team to ensure that sales and profits are effectively managed and maintained

-Bachelor's Degree and/or Master's Degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent
-Minimum 5-7 years' experience in a Sales role (preferably in FMCG industry and/or convenience stores chain channels)
-Customer-focused and results-driven
-Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills
-Knowledgeable and capable in planning, executing and coordinating sales initiatives
-Ability to demonstrate initiative and work well in a fast-paced environment
-Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate with clients and team members
-Strong understanding of current trends and best practices in sales management
