Key Account Manager (E Commerce)

Responsible for planning, managing and optimizing our brand presence on Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok.
Requires a strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and consumer behavior to drive sales and enhance brand visibility.
Platform Management



-Oversee daily operations of Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok stores.


-Ensure product listings are accurate, up-to-date, and optimized for search.


-Manage inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain teams to prevent stockouts.


-Plan and manage in-app ads to drive traffic and conversions.


-Track and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations.


-You may be expected to stay late or work during the night to monitor and support mega campaigns, such as 3.3, 9.9, 11.11, and 12.12.

Marketing Strategy:



-Develop and execute marketing campaigns tailored for each platform.


-Collaborate with the design team to create engaging and effective visual content.


-Utilize platform-specific advertising tools to drive traffic and sales.


-Manage promotions and discount strategies to maximize sales.


-Coordinate promotional activities and live streaming events on TikTok.

Collaboration and Communication:



-Work closely with internal designer and brand marketing team to align marketing efforts with overall brand strategy.
