Key Account Manager-Fmcg (Wl)

Manage and develop key accounts within the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector, ensuring growth and long-term partnerships.
2.
Create and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share in the FMCG industry.
3.
Negotiate price and marketing supports with key clients, ensuring competitive pricing and favorable terms.
4.
Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers at client companies, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
5.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., campaign, marketing) to align strategies and ensure customer satisfaction.
6.
Analyze market trends, customer data, and sales performance to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.
7.
Regularly report on account performance, market insights, and competitive landscape to senior management.
Job Requirements
1.
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Economics, or E-Commerce.
2.
More than 1 year of experience in a sales and marketing role, preferably in an e-commerce or tech environment.
3.
Strong proficiency in data analysis tools like Excel and PowerPoint.
4.
Effective communication skills to present complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
5.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
