Key Account Manager

Key Responsibilities: 1. Maintain and Expand Existing Client Relationships: Build strong, long-term relationships with key accounts.
Identify additional business opportunities within the existing client portfolio to drive growth.
2. Expand the client base within the current business scope by identifying and acquiring new customers.
3. Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed annual sales targets through strategic account management and business development efforts.
4. Market Intelligence & Feedback: Provide valuable market insights and client feedback to assist in the development of new products and services. Support the company's innovation and growth strategies with real-world customer input.
Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, or a related field.Proven track record of success in Key Account Management, with at least 3 years of relevant experience.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients.Fluent in both English and Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese) and Bahasa Malaysia.Must be results-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.Willingness to travel regularly to meet with clients and attend industry events.
