**In this position you will....be driving the success of key account/retail partners under you, through building and maintaining a long-term relationship that maximizes sales and business opportunities for existing and new partners. Manage and develop partner relationships with both existing and new partners to continuously define strategies and programs to improve partner performance thru working closely and reporting directly with the Senior Business Development Manager.**You will be responsible for **- fully accountable to deliver the assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts; proactively recruits new qualifying partners as aligned with overall Channel Retail strategy.- Planning and implementation of partner strategies as aligned with the overall retail channel strategy, overseeing, and completing account plans/profiles, monitoring competitor activity and creating plans for growing market share of assigned accounts.- Monitoring through daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly business performance of key account partners and provides reporting internally to manage sales achievement and pipeline.- conducting weekly/monthly/quarterly reviews with each of the assigned partners to assess and track overall business performance vis-à-vis plans and targets; analyze and synthesize reports to provide solutions and plans to both partner retailer as aligned with the country objectives.- ensuring and owning documentation and presentations, financial reports, contracts, and other administrative work are prepared to effectively pitch to partner and onboard new partners.- driving a joint planning process with assigned Key Account partners that develop mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship.- ensuring compliance of partner agreements, as well as implementation of the company's strategic account management framework and governance, and drive adoption of company programs among Key Account partners- collaborating with Retail Sales Network team to direct and align to commercialize partner activities, making sure that propositions are "ready-to-sell" and executed on schedule and to budget/target.- coordinating and driving the involvement of internal management/stakeholders within local and regional (as necessary) company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, to meet partner performance objectives and partners' expectations. establishing productive, professional relationships with key stakeholders and personnel in assigned partner retailer accounts and effectively communicate and drive adoption of country retail programs among assigned partners.**For you to be successful**We expect you to be able to demonstrate the following key competencies**Impactful- You will own to deliver monthly/quarterly/annual business targets within the aligned strategic objectives and plans to achieve assigned business targets.- Customer data-centric with sharp analytical skills to evaluate and analyze sales reporting, to continuously drive outcomes and improvement.Adaptable- Resilient and nimble to manage account requirements from multiple retail partners and can quickly adapt to different approaches to deliver and exceed expectations.- You will have to be comfortable with ambiguity, proactive, pivotal as necessary, willing to experiment and adjust to drive the success of your assigned retail accounts.- Demonstrate a strong industry understanding and knowledge and the different market dynamics impacting your business to drive solution development efforts that best address our joint partner relationship.Customer Focus- Strong commitment and understanding of our partners' need and plans to identify and create growth opportunities for assigned accounts, who the stakeholders are to constantly improve on their business.- Proactively seeks to understand both customer and partner feedback and strive to deliver business solutions that are innovative and profitable.Communication- Demonstrates excellent communication skills and engage different audiences/levels both internally and externally to effectively interact and listen, synthesize ideas and explain complex issues succinctly.- Develops and fosters strategic relationships with internal and partner key stakeholders to communicate, negotiate and present very clear and concise reports, business proposals and plans focused to secure partner alignment and execution.**You will require the following qualifications and skills**- Must have completed a Degree in Sales or Business Management from a reputable university.- Minimum 5 years in key account management, and able to direct and manage multiple accounts and partners at the same time; experience in the mobile and consumer electronics retail environment is a plus.- Proven track record in sales and business development in driving account deals and acquisitio
