Key Account Manager

Job Responsibilities:Develop and execute strategic account plans and trade marketing plans to drive growth in each key account in line with company objectives.
Formulate, implement, and monitor the effectiveness of all in-market sales activities across key account retailers' chains at modern trade (IKA & LKA), CVS, Pharmacies & Horeca channels; initiate courses of action to consistently achieve company objectives.
Lead and coordinate negotiations with appointed distributors, including trade promotion planning and execution for key accounts, ensuring objectives align with brand and channel strategies.
Monitor key market trends and competitors' activities to anticipate business opportunities and market challenges, facilitating the next course of action.
Improve distribution and merchandising display of Amazin' Graze products in key account retailer chains.
Control and spend trade funds effectively to achieve optimal results within budget; flag exceptions and proactively seek approval to manage deals outside defined bandwidth.
Establish, negotiate, and review policies for distribution agreements, distributor's key performance indicators, key retailers' trading terms, trade listing proposals, and operational standards and procedures.
Prepare periodic sales and market analysis reports for management to identify key insights and facilitate decision-making.
Build and maintain strong relationships with appointed distributors and key account customers.
Conduct regular sales reviews with internal stakeholders and externally with distributors and key account customers.
Participate or attend relevant trade shows and conventions in domestic or international markets.
Perform any other projects and tasks as reasonably required by the Company.
Job Requirements:Minimum 8 years' experience in the FMCG industry, preferably in food, beverage, personal care, or household products.
Advanced Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any relevant discipline is preferred.
Proficient in English; Mandarin is an advantage.
Experience and familiarity with key account policies and practices at modern trade.
Experience in leading sales forces, promoters, or merchandisers.
Good analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
High-level communication skills and proven ability in business negotiation.
Strong critical thinking skills.
Result-oriented and strive to exceed expectations.
