What You´ll Do
Ready to join a great team of Key Account Managers in our Adhesives Electronics Business Unit?
You are responsible for achieving the annual budgeted sales and profitability for the assigned businesses and territories.
You will assist in the development of new business and implement regional sales and marketing objectives for the assigned businesses and territories.
You will develop and implement short- and long-term sales strategies and plans for the assigned businesses.
You consistently work with the Global team on management and development of regional customer relationships and business for global & regional key account customers.
You will also work with the marketing and product line managers to provide input to the development of new product strategies and roadmaps to meet customer requirements.
You are in charge of identifying changing markets and understanding customer requirements, collaborating with internal stakeholders, and monitoring the progress of implementing customized solutions.
You ensure close coordination and work effectively together with other stakeholders to meet the customer's requirements and expectations.
You will also analyze sales statistics to produce strategic insights that enhance business growth.
Prepare weekly/monthly update reports on pipelines, targets, budget achievements, forecast accuracy, and reviews of new opportunities and business plans.
You monitor and report on the activities and products of competitors.
You also contribute by participating in activities as required by the company such as trade exhibitions, meetings, and training courses.
What makes you a good fit
Degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent.
Min.
5 - 10 years of experience in account management, preferably from the Semiconductors and Consumer Devices industry.
Demonstrate sound knowledge and understanding of the industry, market, competitors, and customers.
Demonstrate sound knowledge and a proven sales track record in assigned products and existing networks of contacts.
Demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skills.
Fluent in sales planning, forecasting, value selling, and networking skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills, self-driven, and has a positive attitude towards learning and development.
Good verbal and written English communication skills, with exceptional influencing and interpersonal management skills.
Analytically strong, team-oriented, with a strong interest in a consultative selling approach.
