Key Account Manager

We are looking for a dedicated Key Account Manager to oversee and grow relationships with key clients, ensuring all stages of their needs are met with the highest level of service. This role involves managing sample creation from product designs, coordinating production and shipment timelines, and ensuring timely payments and fulfillment. You will act as the bridge between our clients and manufacturing plant, making sure no request goes unattended.
Key Responsibilities: Manage relationships with key clients, addressing all needs from sample development to delivery.Coordinate with manufacturing supplier to produce client samples according to design specifications.Monitor production schedules, ensure on-time shipments, and follow up on payments.Proactively support clients' needs and ensure their requests are met with quality and efficiency.Identify and develop potential new key clients in need of specialized support. Requirements: Proven experience in key account management, sourcing, or production coordination (footwear industry experience is a plus).Strong communication, negotiation, and project management skills.Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.Customer-focused attitude with a proactive approach to client needs.
