Position Responsibilities

Account Management



-Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts across different product verticals


-Act as the primary contact for all communication, ensuring our product needs and expectations are met consistently


-Identify opportunities to enhance product satisfaction, including customization of offerings, promotional collaborations, or new product recommendations

Sales and Business Development 



-Drive sales growth through effective account planning, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities


-Develop new business with key partners by positioning the coffee-chain brand and product portfolio


-Collaborate with business partners to develop tailored promotions, seasonal offerings, and product mixes to drive sales

Product and Market Knowledge 



-Develop a deep understanding of the company's product portfolio and verticals


-Stay informed on industry trends, coffee innovations, and consumer preferences to provide insights and recommendations to management


-Gather and relay external feedback to the product team to influence future product development and innovation

Collaboration with Product Team 



-Work closely with the regional product team to ensure that market insights and feedback is channeled to product development and launches


-Collaborate on go-to-market strategies to further sharpen product objectives


-Coordinate promotions, seasonal launches, and exclusive products with key accounts to maximize visibility and sales

Sales Reporting and Forecasting 



-Generate regular reports on sales growth and revenue forecasts


-Track and report key performance metrics, including sales volume, market share, and client retention rate from a product perspective

; Requirements:-  Qualification and Experiences 



-Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field


-3-5 years of experience in key account management, sales, or business development


-Strong understanding of the coffee industry, including product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities


-Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills


-Ability to build strong relationships and work collaboratively with both internal and external parties


-Proficiency in CRM and sales management tools


-Strong problem-solving abilities
