Key Responsibilities:Develop, implement, and continuously improve strategies, customer account plans, and maintain a business pipeline to gain market share.
Continuously monitor own performance against account strategy and, if necessary, adjust actions or approach in accordance with Project Logistics Product Head.
Work along with Pricing and Product Head for new business inquiries.
Identify and target new accounts with customized propositions, in line with national, regional, and global accounts sales plan, to close new profitable business and increase sales revenue.
Manage Malaysia operational and customer service personnel through direct reports, excluding Ocean gateways.
Plan and implement appropriate resources nationally (staffing, training, equipment, and systems) to ensure contractual compliance and delivery of quality services that meet and exceed customer expectations.
Stay updated on emerging technology changes and innovations through formal or informal study, reading business and professional publications, networking, and participation in professional organizations.
