Job Summary
Spearheading the dealer management team and responsible team and responsible for prepaid and postpaid business of the region. Involved in operational re-engineering and information system development and deployment to ensure create and build departmental value contributions to The Company

Job Responsibilities Plan, lead, execute and monitor effectiveness on Indirect Channel sales strategy at regional levelExecute sales promotion plans to support the rapid growth and expansion of The Company product and servicesWork closely with distributors and managing dealers portfolio in the respective area/regionsAggressively build and drive the growth of The Company dealers in the respective area/regionsDrive sales team to meet designated area/territory sales performance in meeting departmental prepaid & postpaid sales targetProactively manage inter-departmental requirements and communication in order to meet sales objectives as well as optimizing support resourcesAccountable for dealership management to ensure quality and productive contribution. Approval with sound justification and judgement for dealership granted in the respective area/regionsEffectively lead and manage team productivity, communication and project assignedJob Requirements Bachelor Degree in Business AdministrationAt least 6 to 8 years' experience in Telco/ FMCG related environment with a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales team managementExcellent communications skillsWhat's Next ?
