Account & Relationship Management (Sales)
Located at Bangsar South, walking distance from Kerinchi LRT Station
Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm

Job Responsibilities:
Monitor service quality performance to ensure meeting client's expectations.
Coordinate with various internal cross-departments to resolve client's issues.
Build and maintain strong relationships, proactively respond to queries & escalations raised by clients.
Conduct regular visits with client's customers to understand their needs & feedback to fulfill requests.
Compile reports provided by various parties to ensure discrepancies are at a bare minimum & identify areas for improvement based on analysis.
Job Requirements:
Good communication & interpersonal skills as required to interact with internal/external parties.
Good knowledge or comfortable to learn MS Excel functions.
