Key Account - Sales Associate

Responsibilities:



-Assisting KAM to achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.


-To track and update COP and Expenses.


-To partner Finance to monitor and manage AR and trade disputes.


-To coordinate and submit all needed related to PD launches and Listing Process


-Proactively generate leads and work with team to pursue business relationships with prospective clients.


-Collaboration with marketing and trade marketing on business review, launch presentation, campaigns, and promo evaluation.


-Manage trade return and address root cause with action plan.


-Ensure Operational efficiency, order fulfillment, manage on discontinue / promotion items.


-Carry out trade visits to ensure execution compliance, feedback on competitors launches and activities. - Carry out field coaching with peers and merchandisers.

; Requirements:- Requirements:



-Degree in business, Marketing or related field


-Required travel to markets in the regions when necessary


-Possess the qualities of being a team player with pleasant disposition and positive attitude to learn new things.


Experience:



-Minimum 1 year of key account management experience within the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry, preferable in pharmacy chain.


-Acquire Microsoft Excel and Power Point skills.
