The goal is to utilize technical and product knowledge to advise and guide customers in purchases and to support them in after-sales care while meeting sales targets.**Overall Purpose of the Role**- Onsite visit at client's office.- Onsite project coordination at client's office.- Provide exceptional solutions and product recommendations.**Job Scope**- To identify and develop new business opportunities while servicing existing customers.- Proactively scopes technical solution required to address customer requirements, assess customers met and unmet needs, and further recommends solutions that optimize value for both customer and the company.- Coordinates closely with technical team to align solution design with customers' business requirements.- Coordinates closely with inside sales executive in preparing sales quotation, negotiating delivery dates and service obligations.- Project sales management, follow up, provides technical advices, delivery, problem solving and managing customers satisfaction.- Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts.- Work independently as well as manage projects as a team.- Provide proper documentation on new leads and current client's ongoing IT infrastructure.**Job Requirement**- Malaysian only as we strive to support local employment.- Extensive knowledge of computer hardware and software systems.- Ability to troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues.- Familiarity with general OS systems, and Office software.- Knowledge of LAN and wireless networks.- Knowledge of networking security systems.- Good customer service and communication skills.- Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.- Outstanding organizational and time-management skills..- At least Diploma in any field.- Any IT certifications will be an advantage.- Able to travel to **Kepong** for work.**The total monthly remuneration consists of Basic + Commission + Incentive.**Performance bonuses may be awarded based on achievement of team/company goals on a quarterly basis.Work Remotely- Temporarily due to COVID-19**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parking- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Commission pay- Performance bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
