Key Account Support

Account & Relationship Management (Sales)
Maintain and enhance relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
Communicate regularly with key clients to understand their needs and promptly relay feedback to relevant internal departments.
Track and monitor the transportation status of key clients' packages, addressing any issues in a timely manner.
Regularly compile and analyze logistics data for key clients, generating operational reports for management decision-making.
Monitor logistics service metrics to ensure service quality meets both client and company standards.
Participate in the planning and implementation of key client logistics projects, coordinating internal resources to ensure smooth project progress.
Job Requirement
Proficient in both written and spoken Chinese and English will be added advantage.
Skilled in using office software such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Strong team player with the ability to collaborate closely with team members to achieve shared goals.
Possess a positive work attitude, strong learning ability, and a high sense of responsibility.
Work experience is not required, but prior experience in key account operations is a plus.
