Job Description Open Position: Key Support Engineer (Global Equipment Provider Company) A global equipment provider company is looking for Key Support Engineer to be based in Penang office.
Key requirements include: ·       Involved in machine installation and commissioning at customer sites.
·       Regional exposure with responsibility to support internally and externally on service of machine.
·       Give response to customer and regional calls quickly and consistently.
·       Provide support to sales team and provide training to internal and external customers.
·       Degree in Engineering.
·       Excellent written and spoken English.
·       Experience in servicing SMT equipments.
·       Strong problem solving skills and basic project management skills.
·       Required to travel on short notice.
