Kindergarten Principal

Key Responsibilities:  Fully responsible for all aspects of kindergarten operations, including educational management, logistics management, and safety management.Lead the overall work of the kindergarten, develop annual work plans, and regularly assign, summarize, and report on tasks.Responsible for the hiring, evaluation, and training of kindergarten teachers.Responsible for meeting with parents.

 Key Requirements: Aged between 28 and 45 years old.Diploma or higher in a related education field, with a preference for early childhood education specialization.Familiar with knowledge of early childhood education or educational management.Extensive management experience with well-developed management skills.Knowledgeable about the operation of the early childhood education industry and relevant laws and regulations.Strong verbal communication, coordination, and crisis management skills, with the ability to handle various emergencies.
