Kindergarten Teacher

**Your Role**- Create and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans that focus on social, emotional, cognitive, physical development of students.- Provide a safe and nurturing environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and discovery.- Use positive discipline techniques to promote good behavior, respect, and a positive attitude among children.- Observe and assess children's behavior, development, and learning, providing constructive feedback to parents and guardians.- Work closely with parents, guardians, and other teachers to support each child's individual needs and interests.**About You**- Possess at least Diploma/ Advanced Diploma/ Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.- Relevant experience working with toddlers, preferably in a preschool or childcare setting.- Knowledge of child development theories, best practices in early childhood education, and language acquisition principles.- Ability to create and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work collaboratively with parents, guardians, and other teachers.- Patience, empathy, and a passion for working with young children.- Basic computer skills for maintaining records and documentation.**About Us**We foster a youthful, enjoyable, and supportive work environment.
