Kitchen Assistant (Aeon Cheras Selatan)

Working Hours:  6 days rotate shift, Mondays – Sundays  Job Description: - Ensure the standard of procedure of kitchen are followed while preparing the products. Preparing meal ingredients for the chef, which includes washing, peeling, cutting, and slicing ingredients. Assist with unloading food supplies from delivery trucks, ensuring that all items are handled carefully and stored properly to maintain quality and safety. Properly washing and drying all dishes, utensils, cooking instruments and cutting boards. Pack take-out orders as needed, ensuring that all items are carefully and accurately packaged to maintain quality and meet customer expectations. Remove garbage, replace garbage bags, and clean garbage cans regularly to maintain a hygienic and orderly environment. Mopping and sweeping the kitchen areas as required. Neatly organize and store all utensils, cooking instruments, dishes, and cutting boards in their designated places. Adhere to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) set by KKM and Halal standards, ensuring compliance with all regulations.  Maintain high levels of hygiene and cleanliness at all times to meet these standards. Other duties as assigned by supervisor.  Work Requirement: - Minimum SPM certificate. Endurance to walk and stand for long hours. Proven experience in a kitchen role is an advantage. Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The ability to safely use kitchen equipment and appliances. Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards. Able to communicate in Malay and English, or Mandarin.  Benefit: EPF&SOCSOAnnual Leave & Medical LeaveMeal ProvideTraining ProvideAttendance AllowanceBonus
