Duties &Responsibilities: • Prepare special meals or substituteitems as needed. • Control oven, grill, and roastertemperatures. • Thaw food from freezer storage inthe refrigerator. • Ensure proper portion sizes, foodarrangement, and garnishing. • Maintain food logsand monitor the quality and quantity of food prepared. • Communicate assistance needs duringbusy periods and inform the Chef about excess food for daily specials. • Inform Food & Beverage staffof menu specials and out-of-stock items. • Ensure foodquality by following recipes, presentation standards, andpreparation checklists. • Prepare and cookfood, including cold items, according to company standards. Qualifications: • Education: SPM • Experience: At least 1 years ofrelated work experience in food preparation. • Supervisory Experience: Nosupervisory experiencerequired
