About the Role: As a Kitchen Crew member, you will play a key role in delivering authentic and high-quality Taiwanese cuisine. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, assisting in food preparation, ensuring kitchen cleanliness, and maintaining high standards of hygiene and efficiency. This is a great opportunity to grow your skills in the F&B industry while being part of a dynamic and creative team.
Key Responsibilities: Assist with stock checks and other tasks needed for daily operations. Assist in preparing ingredients and cooking dishes according to the restaurant's standards. Ensure food quality, presentation, and portioning meet company guidelines. Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic kitchen environment. Wash and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and workstations. Adhere to food hygiene and safety standards consistently. Assist in inventory management and stock checks as needed. Support other team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations. Requirement: No prior experience required relevant experience is an advantage. Ability to follow instructions and work in a team. A positive attitude and willingness to learn. Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and shifts as required. Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene is a plus.
