About the roleLooking for a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our growing team as a Tour Operation Assistant at Bel-Air Travel & Tours Sdn Bhd. In this full-time role based in Kuching, Sarawak, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth running of our travel agency's tour operations.
What you'll be doing
Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and partners to secure the best deals and services for our clients
Maintain accurate records and documentation for all tour bookings and operations
Support the marketing team in promoting and selling tour packages to potential customers
Assist with the development of new tour products and itineraries to meet evolving market demands
What we're looking for
Minimum 1 year of experience in the travel or tourism industry, preferably in a tour operations or customer service role
Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach
Chinese and English speaking and written is preferred.
