Job ResponsibilityService CrewHandling guests which include:
Greeting guests as they arrive and showing them to their table.
Giving out menus and taking orders for food and drink.
Introducing guests to our brand and menu, including recommending popular menu items of the restaurant.
Providing excellent guest experiences while they are at our restaurant.
Proper and hygienic handling of food and drinks to minimize contamination.
Serving food and drinks on time.
Properly and safely collecting dirty dishes and glasses to the kitchen/bar for cleaning, minimizing breakages.
Kitchen CrewPrepare food and beverage menu in accordance with defined standards and recipes.
Clean and prepare all basic food items including portioning, battering, breading, seasoning, and/or marinating.
Handle, store, label, and rotate all products properly and in accordance with instructions and food handling regulations.
Keep your station area clean and tidy.
Assist in closing the kitchen properly and follow the closing checklist for kitchen stations.
Job RequirementsMinimum education: SPM and above.
Language required: Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
