Kitchen Helper / Commis

**Job description**:- To ensure that all ingredient is always freshly prepared and on time.- To ensure that all dishes are being prepared to the correct recipe and to the correct quantity.- To ensure that all dishes reach the hot plate or passé correctly garnished, the correctportion and size, presented on the correct serving dish in the prescribed manner.- To ensure that his section being kept clean and tidy all times.- To ensure that all staff under his control are treated fairly and with courtesy.- To ensure all that all stock is kept under optimum conditions.- To ensure any anticipated shortages are communicated promptly to the sous chef or headchef.- Ensure adequacy of supplies at the cooking stations.**Requirement**:- Minimum of SPM/PMR.- Able to communicate in English.- Willing to work weekends & selected public holidays.- Able to work on shift and long hour.- Able to do multitask- Able to work under pressure.- Reliable and predictable attendance.- Enthusiastic, courteous, helpful to colleagues &guests- Can work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.**Job Types**: New-Grad, Full-time**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Maternity leave- Meal allowance- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leaveSchedule:- Rotational shiftSupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay- Performance bonus- Yearly bonus
