Kitchen Inventory Clerk

**Kitchen Stock Clerk Job Responsibilities**:- **Inventory Management**: Maintain accurate records, monitor stock levels, and reorder supplies as needed.- **Storage and Organization**: Ensure proper storage, labeling, and rotation of inventory items.- **Quality Control**: Inspect food items for quality, freshness, and safety.- **Supply Ordering**: Prepare purchase orders, coordinate with suppliers for timely deliveries.- **Collaboration**: Work with kitchen staff to meet their ingredient and supply needs.- **Reporting**: Generate inventory reports, communicate status to management.- **Cleaning and Maintenance**: Keep storage areas clean and report equipment issues.- **Compliance**: Follow food safety standards and organizational policies.- **Cost Control**: Minimize waste and assist in cost-effective inventory management.- **Training**: Train new staff on inventory procedures and food safety.Qualifications and Skills- Able to travel within Klang Valley- Previous experience in the culinary field, hotel/restaurant/Central Kitchen will be a plus.- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities- Highly responsible & reliable- Ability to work under pressure- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment- Ability to work cohesively as part of a team- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times- Min 1 year experience in relevant cuisine**Job Types**: Full-time, New-Grad, ApprenticeshipPart-time hours: 45 per week**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:- Glenmarie Industrial Park: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)**Experience**:- F&B: 1 year (required)**Language**:- Bahasa Malaysia (preferred)- English (preferred)Expected Start Date: 09/01/2023
