As the Kitchen Manager at Vivo Pizza, you will be entrusted with the vital role of overseeing and optimizing kitchen operations to ensure the delivery of high-quality and flavorful dishes. Your key responsibilities will encompass:
Culinary Excellence:Lead the kitchen team in crafting and preparing exceptional dishes, adhering to established recipes and presentation standards.
Ensure that food quality, taste, and consistency are maintained across all menu items.
Manage kitchen workflow, including food preparation, cooking, and plating, while maintaining an organized and efficient kitchen environment.
Monitor inventory levels, track ingredient usage, and place orders as needed to ensure sufficient supplies.
Team Leadership and Training:Supervise and train kitchen staff, providing guidance on culinary techniques, safety protocols, and sanitation standards.
Foster a culture of teamwork, creativity, and continuous improvement within the kitchen team.
Health and Safety Compliance:Uphold strict adherence to health and safety regulations, food handling guidelines, and cleanliness standards in the kitchen.
Implement and enforce proper hygiene practices among kitchen staff.

Requirements:
Culinary Arts Degree or Relevant Certification is preferred.
Proven experience of 3 years in a kitchen management or chef role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
