Meeting clients and producing concept designs and solutions for space planning, design conceptualization, materials, and color scheme specifications in kitchen and home appliances based on customer needs.
Responsible for providing before and after sales service to customers.
To achieve personal sales performance and sales targets by following up on received and delegated new leads or walk-in customers from Sales Executives.
Ensure timely delivery of products and services for each client's project.
Perform in kick-off meetings, presentations, prepare proposals, sales quotations, and process to production.
Meet clients to propose 2D/3D designs and obtain their acceptance.
Conduct site visits for measurements and supervise jobs up to completion.
Manage client project costing and work closely with relevant departments to follow up on project progress.
Record, analyze, and report follow-up progress of leads and sales in the internal system.
Carry out ad-hoc duties assigned by the Management/Superior from time to time.
Requirements
Candidate with 1 to 2 years of work experience in kitchen interior design.
Bachelor of Interior Design (Hons).
Product knowledge for home appliances and cabinetry products for interior design in home renovations will be an added value.
PC literate and familiar with design software (e.g., AutoCAD) will be an added advantage.
Sales-driven, pleasant personality, and creative problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to speak in English and Bahasa Malaysia; other languages will be an added advantage.
Working hours: Thursday to Tuesday – 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Possess own transportation.
