Account & Relationship Management (Sales)
Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve sales targets and increase market share in the kitchen equipment segment. Identify and generate leads through market research, networking, and cold calling to build a robust sales pipeline. Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the features and benefits of our kitchen equipment. Understand client requirements and provide customized solutions, including product recommendations and quotations. Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms of sale to close deals and secure profitable business agreements. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring regular communication, and providing excellent after-sales support. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to proactively identify business opportunities and address market challenges. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and other relevant documentation to track sales performance and provide insights to management. Continuously improve product knowledge and stay abreast of the latest advancements in kitchen equipment technology. Any other duties which may be assigned from time to time. Requirements: 2-3 years' experience as a Sales Executive or similar role in the kitchen equipment industry. Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build and maintain relationships. Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
