Responsibilities
Ensure sufficient stock and storage.
Update daily on items 86'd to HOD and Floor Supervisor.
Arrange teamwork schedule and report to HOD weekly.
Maintain high kitchen cleanliness and provide daily/weekly reports.
Ensure kitchen crew follow company rules and SOPs.
Maintain health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Complete required checklists (month-end stock count, steak chill list, staff meal, stock transfer list).

Job Requirements:
Minimum SPM/Diploma/Degree in Culinary Art/Food Management/Food Technologies/Hospitality or related field preferred.
Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in fine dining restaurant supervisory role.
Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Advanced culinary skills.
Basic administrative skills and proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
