Kitchen Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:
Lead, supervise and monitor the kitchen operation.
Manage and monitor the stock inventory in the kitchen.
Ensure the kitchen always meets food halal and safety standards.
Actively involve in R & D and innovative projects to come up with a menu that is in line with the current trend.
