Kol Campaign Specialist

Job Description Plan and implement digital marketing campaigns across Ricebowl social media channels including email, social media, KOL and content marketing.
Create and manage engaging content for social media and other platforms to drive traffic and engagement.
Monitor, analyze and report on marketing campaign performance.
Analyze user behaviors, campaign results and social media metrics to optimize and improve marketing efforts.
Familiar with XiaoHongShu platform user base, content trends and marketing opportunities.
Qualifications Possess a degree or a diploma in marketing or communication related courses.
Minimum 2 years of experience in managing KOL or doing social media content and campaigns.
Proficient in conveying information clearly using Mandarin & English, both writing & speaking.
Skilled in developing ideas and solutions on their own.
Proactive in strategy & execution to move forward.
Proficiency in data analysis and creative thinking.
Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
