- Define, create, and manage marketing acquisition efforts across awareness, consideration, and conversion using multiple channels.
-Analyze and identify the best content promotion trend to give further key recommendations in order to discover other ways of reaching customers and driving sales traffic
-Handling the end-to-end process of the influencer marketing strategist, starts from approaching suitable KOL/ Influencer, creating and present the brief, and reviewing their performance
-Ensure that a brand remains recognizable, up to date, and exciting to customers
-Making sure that branding is consistent across advertising and campaign
-Forecast marketing campaign growth and ROI for marketing campaigns, working closely with product development and business development team
-Supervising advertising, product design, and other forms of marketing to maintain consistency in branding
-Manage KOL/Influencer seeding for campaign to create brand awareness and publicity
-Experience in social media promotion of FMCG/beauty and skin care and etc.
-Liaise and coordinate content production activities between stakeholder and KOL
-Responsible for researching, approaching, and liaising with KOL and KOC on collaboration opportunities.
-Perform ad-hoc operational duties and special projects as assigned

; Requirements:-
-Min of 2-3 years of acount servicing experience.
-Expert knowledge of all leading social media sites, including their algorithms.
-Well knowledge in marketing industry
-Good at pitching idea and proposal to KOL
-Wood at digital marketing strategy and draft proposal
-Client servicing and team management
-Flexible and engaging writing style.
-Knowledge of pertinent engagement metrics.
-Appreciation for novel insights and ideas.
