This role is responsible to manage the PTP team for APAC region including Korea market.
Our client is a renowned player within the Services industry with a global presence for over a century. They are currently looking for Korean Speaker PTP Team Lead to join their dynamic team to assist in the business of the company.
Description Lead and mentor a team of PTP specialists, providing training, guidance, and performance feedback to ensure team effectiveness and development. Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the performance and efficiency of the PTP process. Oversee the entire procure-to-pay process Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and controls, as well as regulatory requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, finance, and supply chain, to streamline processes and drive continuous improvement. Profile Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field required. Fluency in Korean (both verbal and written) is essential. Minimum of 5 years of experience in procure-to-pay processes, with at least 2 years in a leadership, senior or supervisory role. Open for candidates who are willing to step up to be a team lead. Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and proficiency in MS Office suite, especially Excel. Great communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
