Korean Speaking Content Moderator

Responsibilities:·Review user-generated content, including text, images, and videos, to ensure that it meets our company's standards for quality and appropriateness.·Remove content that violates our policies, such as hate speech, harassment, and graphic violence.·Escalate complex or sensitive issues to senior moderators or other teams as needed.·Use our moderation tools and processes to efficiently and accurately review content at scale.·Provide feedback to other moderators and help develop best practices for content moderation.·Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes to policy or regulation that may impact our moderation processes.Requirements:·Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.·Ability to make decisions quickly and effectively, especially under pressure.·Familiarity with internet culture and social media platforms.·Experience with content moderation or related fields preferred.·Working hour: 24/7 operation hours, rotational shift·Bachelor Degree holder or experienced in content moderator role.·Able to join by 8 May 2023?? ?? ?? ???? ???? ?? ???? ????? ????.We are hiring Korean Native who is willing to work in Malaysia.
