JOB DESCRIPTION Conduct research verification for hiring purposes via phone Keep documentary evidence of all information received via phone & email. Liaise with hiring candidates for additional candidate information and other queries Compile research reports for Team Leader review Report any adverse findings to the Team Leader Able to work within deadlines and ad hoc task ESSENTIAL SKILL SETS Fresh Graduate SPM/Diploma/Degree/Masters qualifications. Law background or background that involves research, analytical skills, investigation skills, and attention to detail will be an added advantage. Customer Service, Sales Consultant, Human Resources and related background are acceptable Good written and spoken English. Candidates with excellent written & spoken skills in Cantonese, Mandarin, Tagalog, Thai, and Indonesian will have an added advantage.
