Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Learning Coordinator for our Malaysia office. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering training activities for company's employees in Malaysia.
Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with the APAC Learning manager to implement regional learning and development initiatives, execute training plans, schedules, and budgets to meet the training needs of employees and stakeholders in Malaysia.
Coordinate training sessions for employees and stakeholders, including classroom-based training, e-learning, and on-the-job training.
Manage training logistics, including scheduling, and coordinating training sessions, managing training materials and equipment, and providing administrative support for training programs.
Maintain updated training records and monitor training activity, following up, cancelling and rescheduling sessions, as necessary.
Evaluate training effectiveness by collecting feedback from participants, measuring the impact of training on business outcomes, and making recommendations for improvement.
Manage vendors & procurement process (adding new vendors, payments, reconciliations), internal financial processes (billing to participants, accruals, other reporting), application of HRDF grant, in a timely and compliant manner.
Maintain E-learning platform which includes organizing, delivering, tracking online learning content, and user account management.
Provide administrative support and ensure regulatory compliance for government-funded projects.
Participate in APAC learning and development projects and local employee engagement programs as needed.
Requirements and qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
At least 2 years of experience in Learning and Development and/or HR Operations role.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Power Platform (SharePoint, Microsoft Teams).
Fundamental poster and Powerpoint design and editing skills for training aids/kits.
Familiarity with managing e-Learning platform as administrator.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
