**Main Accountabilities**:- Pro-actively identify, report on and improve safety related issues in immediate working environment using available tools and systems.- Carry out basic fluid properties test such as total solid content, pH, viscosity, particle size, redox potential and others.- Assist chemist(s) to carry out some basic experiments.- Carry out housekeeping at workplace when required.- Perform additional tasks as required by supervisor.- To be aware and adhere to the overall SHE & quality policies of the company.**Expected Deliverable**:- To provide the lab run log sheet with detail information and observation.- To check and update the QC result of the tested samples.**Other Responsibilities**:- Ensure safe operation of OIT activity in Polymer Lab area (zero accident).- To take part in SHE related activities organized by the department and site.- To support R&D in general lab maintenance task such as housekeeping and audits.- Performance requested SHE tasks in due time.**Minimum Requirements**:- **Minimum Diploma in Chemical Sciences or Chemical Engineering**:- **2-3 years Production Support or Product Improvement Experience**:- **Fresh graduates with laboratory experience are welcome to apply.**:- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, including English- Good task-based approach to work with a level of independence.- Proactively identify, report on, and improve lab findings.- Thoroughness and attention to detail are required.
