1. Inventory
To manage, record and update the inventory for Finished Goods, Raw Materials and Packaging Materials and report to the Lab Supervisor.To conduct monthly stock-check and report to the Account Department within a given timeline.To assist in receiving raw materials and packing materials from suppliers and arrange for storage accordingly.To cross check D/O and receive items on the same day of delivery.Communicate, assist and co-relate other departments as neededAssist lab administrative task2. Documentation
To manage Prescription Forms from doctors including data entry and filing according to SOP.To prepare labelling for Prescription Forms and products for certain doctors.To keep a good record of the laboratory's documents accordingly.3. Others
Responsible for taking Finished Goods from Lab to office with products' worksheets and updating the status in Order List.To take and send raw materials and packing materials as per requested by the lab.To communicate with other departments to ensure the smooth production and deliveries processes within the estimated timeline.To conduct Lab Deep Cleaning every Friday afternoon.Other duties assigned by the management.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
