Job Description REPORTS TO: Area Commercial Executive / Commercial Manager /Education Manager RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensuring a welcoming environment for clients in the store Sharing with the client his/her knowledge of the art of fine perfumery, on the brand, and on the collection, and creating genuine, authentic connections with clients Fully managing the lab: compounding perfumes, managing the ingredients and stock, labeling and boxing the products Building a client database by gathering all clients' information Addressing and successfully resolving client situations according to company philosophy and escalating to corporate level for specific requests To drive commercial and achieve the sales target allocated IN-STORE OPERATIONAL DUTIES Up-keeping the maintenance of the Boutique (retail floor as well as lab area, stock room) Monitoring daily, weekly, monthly sales Ensuring full stock of merchandise on the floor and transferring from the stock room to the floor as needed OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES Trainers and educators Amenity partnership ambassadors Storytellers Local Brand advocates / ambassadors Local event host Tastemakers Models (for our education guides, social media) Brand.com fulfilment Requirements Skills Strong work ethic Passionate and ambitious Take great care and pride in crafting every creation for the client High energy, positive and optimistic personality Team player, works well in a team environment to achieve a common goal Curious to explore new skills Strong organization and attention to detail skills Multi-tasking: prioritizing and managing time wisely Ability to learn new procedures quickly and processes Communication skills: excellent written, verbal & interpersonal skills Education: Minimum high school education, college background preferred.Job-Related Experience: Minimum 2 years' of relevant working experience Benefits Share Commission: RM1200 - 1800 Personal Commission: RM500 - 1000 FSS Allowance: RM200 - 400 Annual Wage Supplement: 1 month of basic salary (upon confirmation) Free Cosmetics: RM1,650/ quarterly Working Days: 5 days / week OT claim: Entitled
