Lab Technician

To carry out lab sample preparation & respective lab testing. Submit testing report with clear conclusions followed by sales tools i.e. PPT, panels/sales kits preparation.
To support daily sampling for customers from sample room/warehouse repacking/new sample from suppliers – inclusive sample pick up/recording stock/input sample to customers tracking list etc.
Monitoring and replenishing laboratory utilities, samples etc.
To support and maintain laboratory testing equipment cleanliness, functionality, calibration and repairing services.
To coordinate with warehouse personnel in warehouse sample repacking for lab testing usage of sales enquiries support.
To liaise with safety team for laboratory and sample room disposal schedule activities.
To organize compilation of MSDS and TDS for all chemicals in laboratory and sample room – for Safety and Health audit purposes.
To support in organizing compilation of work instruction for laboratory equipment.
To conduct laboratory 5S and safety activities and audit exercise.
May need to support on site line trial as and when necessary.
Job Requirements
Minimum SPM and/or Diploma of Chemistry, or equivalent.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in chemical laboratory job.
Good command in both oral and written knowledge of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
