Responsibilities:Authorized personnel for report or record approval related to analytical tests, environment monitoring, and the digital platform One Link.
Responsible for arranging and performing analytical tests, data analysis compilation, and report writing for routine analysis.
Assist in product transfer and new product development testing.
Support on lab equipment and product validation.
Ensure test methods comply with SWI or WI.
Assist in troubleshooting any testing discrepancies and testing proficiency.
Perform internal verification on testing and inspection equipment and reporting.
Assist in maintenance of testing and inspection equipment including routine servicing and external calibration.
Ensure good laboratory practice on inventory control, schedule waste and other waste generated from testing.
Enforce health and safety procedures in the laboratory.
Establish new SWI or WI and implement new test methods.
Provide training/guidance to QC inspectors, new subordinates, and peers.
Support Company initiative in implementation of Environmental management system and adaption of sound environmental practices in order to minimize any operation impact on the environment as well as to meet company environmental objectives.
