Laboratory Document Controller

Job Responsibilities:- Manage and update all summary lists of material submission, material submission approval (MSA), request for inspection (RFI), non-conformance report (NCR) and correspondence letters.- Responsible for maintenance of documents but not limited to scanning, printing, recording and filing.- Responsible for regular laboratory documentation and ledger collection.- Submit RFIs and inform relevant personnel promptly for inspections in order to meet deadlines.- Cooperate with the commercial and contract department to prepare documents for quantity investigation works.Job Requirements- Able to work under mínimal supervision and pressure.- Strong interpersonal skills, good communication skills and multi-tasking.- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.- Willing to work in the state of Terengganu.**Job Type**: ContractContract length: 12 months**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per monthSchedule:- Day shiftCOVID-19 considerations:Required to wear a mask during working time
