Laboratory Technical Assistant

Responsibilities:Assist on speedy and efficient colour matching of customers' samples (any materials).
Assist on reliable testing of dyes and auxiliaries using standards as guidelines.
Assist on problem-solving of customers' technical problems through reliable analysis.
Assist on quality control of all incoming, outgoing, and manufactured products.
Assist in the upkeeping of records of incoming and outgoing samples.
Report laboratory analysis and product evaluation results according to format specified by chemist.
Cooperate in the planning and maintenance of the laboratories.
Attend training programmes as and when required.
Ensure the safe handling, storage, and disposal of chemicals used.
Accept new functions/responsibilities as and when required.
Learn and be proficient with product knowledge (training provided).
Requirements:SPM or equivalent.
At least 2-3 years experience in a chemical laboratory with an analytical background is an advantage.
Familiar with calibration and responsible for the maintenance of laboratory instruments.
Able to initiate accurate reports.
Able to work independently with a good sense of responsibility, self-motivated, and possess strong interpersonal skills with a positive working attitude.
Bilingual in English and Mandarin is an added advantage.#J-18808-Ljbffr
