Laboratory Administrator
Element has an opportunity for aLaboratory Administratorto join our growing team. In this role, you will be able to develop your Administration career within a Global TIC business.
This role is based in Taman Perindustrian Nusa Cemerlang Nusajaya, Johor Bahru.
Job Duties:Assist with the Reception desk as required and other associated tasks, including directing incoming calls and visitor arrival/departure.
Using the in-house database and other systems effectively to ensure maximum efficiency.
Ability to work flexibly in a busy environment with an established team and processes.
Organising couriers and prepare mail.
Maintain filing system, laboratory facilities, arrange correspondence for overseas deliveries.
Organising Element local event with the Local Ambassador.
Perform soil, concrete and aggregate testing.
Conduct density test.
Sampling of concrete for compression and flexural test.
Conduct slump testing.
Have an idea / conduct asphalt testing (preferable).
Prepare and compile reports.
Job Requirements:Minimum SPM with at least 2 years of working experience.
Highly motivated and organized individual with a flexible approach to work.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising the quality of work or safety.#J-18808-Ljbffr
