Job Description
Assist in the development and implementation of growth initiatives for the Company.Review the current business plan to identify areas for improvement and support the development of refined strategies.Evaluate execution strategies for identified land acquisition proposals as approved by management, providing structured recommendations.Make recommendations to management on optimal strategies for land acquisition and oversee the administrative follow-through until completion.Maintain strict confidentiality of Company documents and sensitive information related to business operations.Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by management as needed.Support the drafting and implementation of a business development plan and assist in developing the Company's strategic plan.Assist in sourcing and managing new landbanks and property investment opportunities, including acquisitions, joint ventures, or other business opportunities, with an administrative and research focus.Screen potential business deals by gathering and analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, financials, and other relevant data.Assist in the preparation of negotiation strategies, assessing risks, potentials, and alignment with Company goals.Manage administrative aspects of new business agreements and integrate contract requirements into business operations post-signing.Conduct and compile research on the property sector, demographics, economic factors, and property-related news to support strategic planning.Evaluate and assess various land offers for acquisition, both solicited and unsolicited, for identified strategic lands.Develop standardized presentations, meeting minutes, reports, and other documentation for internal departmental use and ensure consistency across the Company.Build and maintain a network with agents, land brokers, valuers, and other stakeholders to support land acquisition efforts and stay updated on market trends. Job Requirements Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business /Economics/Management, Finance, Valuation/Real Estates Management, Quantity Surveying or equivalent.Required skill(s): Well versed in property investment & property valuation principles.Ability to work independently and set priorities to achieve desired results Excellent problem solving, analysis, good interpersonal and communication skills, initiative, strong financial and business insight.Preferably with valuation experience and ideally a good familiarity with Malaysia Land & Industrial market Superb partner relationship management, presentation, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.In-depth knowledge in dealing with Malaysian property development management.Ability to build financial models for real estate development projects.Strong work ethic, attention to detail and confident presentation skillsPossess own transport and willing to travel Please send your updated CV to ******** if the role is relevant to your experience.
