**Land Management**Monitor and manage the utilization of existing developed land owned by the organization.Coordinate with various internal departments to ensure optimal use and maintenance of the land.Implement strategies to enhance the value of existing land holdings. 2. **New Land Acquisition** Identify potential land parcels suitable for development through market research and analysis.Evaluate the feasibility of acquiring new land based on location,zoning regulations, and market trends.Conduct negotiations and transactions for the acquisition of new land. 3. **Language Proficiency** Utilize local languages, primarily Iban and Malay to effectively communicate with local stakeholders, landowners, and community members.Interpret and translate relevant documents as needed. 4. **Stakeholder Engagement** Build and maintain strong relationships with local council officers, district officers, and other relevant government authorities.Collaborate with external stakeholders, including landowners, developers, and contractors, to facilitate smooth project execution. 5. **Coordination** Coordinate activities among different internal departments involved in land development projects.Ensure alignment with legal,regulatory, and environmental requirements throughout the development process. 6. **Market Analysis** Conduct regular market research to stay updated on real estate trends, property  values, and development opportunities.Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis to informed decision-making. 7. **Documentation and Reporting** Maintain accurate records of land holdings,transactions, and project developments.Generate reports and presentations to update senior management on project status, acquisition opportunities, and market insights. 8. **Compliance and Regulations** Stay informed about local zoning regulations, land use policies, and legal requirements that impact land acquisition and development.Ensure all projects adhere to relevant laws and regulations. **Key Requirements** Fluent in local languages, particularly Iban and Malay, to facilitate effective communication.Strong social and coordination skills to engage with local stakeholders and authorities.Ability to handle negotiations, transactions, and interactions with various parties involved in land acquisition and development.Knowledge of local zoning regulations and land use policies.Excellent organizational and documentation skills.Analytical mindset to assess potential land acquisitions and market trends.
