Job DescriptionUsing specialized equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, and drones to accurately measure distances, angles, elevations, and boundaries of land parcels.
Performing surveys to establish property boundaries, topographic features, and legal descriptions of land for construction, engineering, or land development projects.
Analyzing survey data to create detailed maps, charts, and reports.
Using computer-aided design (CAD) software and geographic information systems.
Job RequirementsThe candidate must possess at least 3-5 years of experience as a Land Surveyor, preferably with Segmental Box Girder experience.
Certification in Land Surveying is required.
